Terms and Conditions of booking
Gibsons Dog Boarding Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.Placing a booking with us is confirmation you agree to the following.
A 10% non-refundable deposit of your total booking fee is required at time of booking to secure your dates.
Your booking is to be paid in full before your pets stay commences.We accept the following payment methods.. debit/credit cards over the phone or in person on arrival/Chip and Pin/Bank transfer/Cash or Paypal.
Drop off time is after 7.30am and pick up time before 8.00pm.We can be somewhat flexible with the drop off/pick up times although we would always recommend an overnight stay to avoid early drop off and late pick up times.
Please bring your vaccination card at time of arrival.A requirement of our licence is that we see your upto date vaccinations at time or arrival however under certain circumstances if we are only boarding one dog it will not be required on this occasion.
Any present or ongoing problems with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking.
In the case of a medical emergency we will use our nominated vets to provide care for your dog.Any fees incurred for treatment provided will be paid by the owner.
Not at any time will your dog be exercised off lead.We do have our own training leads to provide safe outside exercise for your dog.
We can supply collars for use although recommend bringing your own collar.
We would always recommend you provide your own normal dog food for your pets stay.We do have a supply of dry/wet canned dog food.
We do supply our own dog bowls so this is not required.
We can accept your own dog bed for us to use for your dogs stay.We do have cleansed and disinfected dog beds for use.
We would like to use a photo of your dog for our website and social media.If you DO NOT consent to this please inform us at time of booking/arrival.
If due to unseen circumstances we have to cancel your booking to personal reasons we are not liable for any costs due to cancellation of booking.
Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken and we pride ourselves on the care and attention that we give to our guests, we do not accept responsibility for damage or loss to any persons, pet or property unless we can be shown to be negligent.
